Trip Description: Meet 8:00a.m. at the North-west Beach parking lot at Point Pelee National Park (entry fee).A Big Sit will be conducted here close to the picnic shelter. View lake for waterbirds, woods for passerine migrants, and overhead for migrating raptors, swallows, passerines and marsh birds.
Who can come: Trip is for OFO members. (One birding buddy may accompany registrant if required). Maximum: 20 participants.
Leader: Jeremy Hatt
Location: Point Pelee National Park (entry fee).
What to bring: Lunch if birding all day, rain gear, water, sunscreen, insect repellant, snacks. Please contact trip leader in advance if you require loaner binoculars or accommodations by emailing admin@ofo.ca.
Terrain: Flat terrain. No walking necessary.
